1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride or using the services of Neirin Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we provide written or verbal confirmation.
  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking — either full advance or on-trip payment as communicated.
  • Prices quoted are base fares. Toll charges, parking, state permits, and night charges (if applicable) are additional unless stated otherwise.
  • Fares may vary for one-way, round-trip, and multi-day packages.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Once a trip is confirmed, no refund will be provided.
  • In unforeseen circumstances, Neirin Tours may consider a refund at its sole discretion.
  • Any refund request must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the scheduled trip.
  • No-shows without prior intimation will be charged the full fare.

4. Trip Rules & Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
  • Delays exceeding 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time may attract additional waiting charges.
  • The vehicle capacity must not be exceeded. Seatbelts should be worn at all times.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean. Cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.

5. Luggage & Belongings

Neirin Tours is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

6. Vehicle Condition & Availability

  • We endeavour to provide the exact vehicle model requested. In case of unavailability due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, we may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class.
  • All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained. In the rare event of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.

7. Route & Itinerary Changes

The driver will follow the route agreed upon at the time of booking. Any en-route changes requested by the passenger that result in additional distance or time may incur extra charges.

8. Liability

  • Neirin Tours acts as a transportation service provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Amendments

Neirin Toursreserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
